Over Cladding is a cost-effective alternative to a full roof replacement. As you can imagine, a full roof replacement can be both disruptive and expensive, whereas Over Cladding causes little disruption to the structure of the building and is a much cheaper option.
There are plenty of different Over Cladding options for you to consider, such as aluminium profiled sheeting or colour coated steel for example.
This will increase the energy efficiency of the building, ensuring it will stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer months.
Increased lifespan of the existing roof with additional protection provided by the Over Cladding (Second Skin).
A choice of different colours, designs and finishes are available.
All industrial buildings will need some form of maintenance or repair at some point in their lifetime and the ‘second skin’ option can be the preferred option.
